Guests have Enasoit Camp and all of the surrounding game sanctuary and wildlife to themselves. They can enjoy the heated swimming pool and thatched Pool House in peace. They also have access to the new media room (internet / mobile reception and satellite TV) in complete privacy.

Enasoit is a lesser known small private ranch just to the North of Nanyuki, set in the Loldaiga Hills. It is absolutely teeming with game and the private and intimate nature of this camp cannot fail to win your heart. The main camp is situated on the plains overlooking an active waterhole – guests also have access to the pool and pool house.

This exclusive ranch is only available for exclusive use, and guests also have access to a neighboring ranch which is also fantastic for wildlife. From here you can ride horses, take day or night game drives, bush walks and swim.

As a much loved family holiday home, Enasoit Camp is uniquely welcoming and has a magic all of its own. The 6 double / twin tented cottages are cleverly constructed from canvas, thatch and permanent local materials. Each room has a fireplace, a private veranda and a comfortable seating area with sheepskin sofas for morning tea and game viewing. Bathrooms are en-suite with flush toilets and hot-pressure showers.

Life in camp revolves around the spacious mess-tent. There is a wooden deck for game- viewing and drinks, as well as a dining and sitting area with a fireplace for the cooler evenings. Our collection of old books on African wildlife and history can be enjoyed by the camp fire. The water-hole and salt licks, barely 50 metres away, are lit up at night and provide unparalleled nocturnal game viewing, cocktail in hand!

The Pool House is nestled beside one of Enasoit’s dramatic rock outcrops, and is a five minute drive or comfortable 20 minute walk from Camp. The Pool House is set within an aloe garden and is a good location for lunches and relaxed afternoons. Within the Pool House gardens there are two thatched double cottages, which can also be used as additional accommodation for larger groups.
